I have an idea. We make composite coins with a complex structure that cost more to make them their components. This way anyone making them will loss money and melting them down creates a impure blob of junk worth less then the original materials they were made with. The result is built in protection for both sides as the money can only be valued as money.

What do you think? Is it the next generation of physical FIAT money?
