I experience sleep paralysis and night terrors at least once a week. Once you stare at your living nightmares unable to move a couple dozen times you stop caring. The worst part is you just cant sleep afterward, trying to go back to sleep makes it happen again within minutes so you just have to wake up at that point.

The first few times were terrible, waking up but completely unable to move. I could feel a creeping figures breath on my back as it moved around me and placed its hands on my throat. When it wore off and I was able to move I was so fucking scared and confused.
