no a stop limit would be both a stop loss and a limit sale at the same time. That's if you want to set up a fence. Say you're like I want a stop loss at 3.00 but a limit if it breaks out and hits 6. It will auto sell if it hits your predetermined high and autosell at your predetermined loss to stop the bleeding. So for TD it must be called a stop market
