From what I've read it seems like 5% is the average if you spread it out evenly among the top 20 dividend stocks. With that you need atleast 2 million given you won't have Healthcare. And that's assuming everything doesn't go tits up. The only true way out I can see being realistic is tossing some into dividend stocks, some into crypto etfs, and then using a large amount to buy an apartment complex (need a building >$1 milli to live off it). And all of this doesn't protect you from a mass crash. Looks like rubic needs to absolutely moon for any hope of retirement
