Hey Anon, you're actually me.

It is depression. It will continue to get worse if you don't do anything about it.
What has helped me is setting a schedule and including going outside(even just for a drive), starting a new hobby( bought a project car with all this new disposable income) and sticking to a workout schedule. Once you stick to the schedule for a bit everything gets easier and youll feel brighter.

Getting over 100k soon, wondering where or what i can go or do to start to build off of that. Any suggestions are appreciated.
