buffet used to be really good... during vietnam war time or so before electronic stock market :))) past 10 he has not had too much luck in market, altought berkshire (stock) might do well, their investments not that extra ordinarily. also hard to manage that much of money, but anyways they not too good track recorc. buffet just lately came out saying he cannot beat sp500. give credit old man for that. maybe he could if managed very small amounts who knows. also buffet has been involved in precious metals wild trading etc. people not very aware of his history probably :)

Just throw the numbers in and stay objective. If house/houses small part of portfolio then owning can have certain benefits outside of financials

Warren has lost his touch long time ago he's been riding his legend fame with brk most part, it was during times before digital exchange warren shined. Those times have nothing to do with the markets we have now. Dynamics change compeltely every 10 years or even less, nobody should use hold-type portfolio track records from much over 5 years back for any comfirmations either so quick dynamic changes now
