Although I reckon those buying their first guns will never use more ammo than they bought with the gun at point of sale - at least anytime soon. If they were going to fire off rounds for fun they'd already have a gun.

Plus those adding more guns to their armoury probably wont be doing any extra shooting, so again only using/storing what they bought with the gun.
