The institutions in LCI are only there because they have to be in order to fill the S&P 600 small cap index.

After LCI lost its distribution deal a while back it is in trouble of being taken out of that index. If it does, the tutes sell out.

And then the shorts cover. They just keep it from mooning til then.

If you're gonna have a position in LCI it should be small.
