The strangest part is, the page of the old thread he links back to makes Signal look really good, like the only sane person and a stand up guy. The rest of the page is people endorsing him taking temp control of the fund, which is where the story picks up in the new thread.

So the only evidence he provides is basically an exoneration of the current dev team.
