At like 30k 6 months ago the on chain metrics for bitcoin showed that basically every single short term buyer in 2021 had capitulated and that the bottom was basically in and that large wallets were accumulating again and small wallets were selling/had sold almost everything they recently bought and it was moving into the hands of big wallets

So then… why did the price keep going down if all the on chain metrics show that all the fomo dumb money has already capitulated half a year ago?
