Hey guys!

I’m Jake Dwanlenski, 18 and put some of my birthday college money into crypto a few days ago. Im getting worried that it might dip further? My friend convinced me that it was a good time to buy so I bought but it’s not going up? He said that crypto as a whole is volatile but if I stick around I will make money but I’m already down a lot from my birthday college money. I consult my parents in everything I do because I have a close relationship to them. They are older parents and basically yelled at me not to do it. Yet, I know, I did and I’m severely in the hole now.

I’m a Reddit guy but that same friend recommended me here - what should I do?
