What's a non-scam project that'll pull a safe 10x? Don't need more than 10x so it doesn't have to be a microcap

There's a lot of quality projects that rarely see much attention on biz for some reason.

For example, Theta made insane returns for anyone who bought it last year, but biz rarely ever talked about / talks about it now.

Same thing with Arweave. Could have bought in a few months ago and many of you would have made it.

Didn't see Swipe much on biz either prior to its megapump.

Is biz really a shitty place to look for new gems? How do you find the next big thing?

It's presumed he and Hal Finney among others are behind the creation of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies.

What does his folio look like? What does he hold besides Bitcoin? What smartcontract platform does he support?

Nick has been critical of EOS in the past, and seeing how the chinks look up to EOS it probably is dogshit and backdoored. If you look at the top 10 projects, we have Ethereum the current smart contract kind and Stellar. Not sure what Tron does, but it's chinkey as well.

So, as I just started I obviously can't get a loan or even a rent warranty that some companies give you for renting.

What should I do? Save as much as I can every month? In a bank account? Standard or something special? Or should I wait until I have the requirements to ask for the loan (+1 or 2 years of continuous stable employment).

Also is worth nothing that the salary is about twice the minimal wage (code monkey job), saying the actual number won't help much cause a thousand bucks in different places means different possibilities.

I'm totally clueless about this, up until now I was just a student.
