I have a popular website for a game and have a US and international trademark for the game name, but I don't own the domain name because some squatter bought it years ago and wants like 100k for the domain. He calls me up once every 6 months trying to get me to buy it. Dude is a total fucking asshat.

There are some anti-domain squatting laws, especially if you own the trademark for the domain name and run a real business while the other person is only sitting on the domain to resell it.
