Gas & transaction reducing tech for ETH exists, right now. Like Loopring, Matic, OMG for example. It is up to the individual platforms you are using (Uniswap, AAVE etc) to implement these. So maybe instead of crying that Ethereum isn't "working", divert your complaining (in the form of constructive feedback) to these platforms directly for implementing said solutions.
