if you look at the chart it's pretty clearly at a bargain price right now id say. time in the market > timing the market. doesnt apply as much to leveraged etfs but i personally dont think the bullrun will be stopped until interest rates are raised by the fed, and i dont expect THAT until 2022 at the earliest
i dont expect the market to shit itself that much more. if you want to be safe just buy a position on monday morning no matter what, then DCA in as time passes and you see what happens
