Hey I just received a reminder of my ill fated late stage Canadian dude weed gambles. 2017 was gangbusters but that late 2018 to 2019 chop wasn't so profitable for me. Anyway, there is a class action lawsuit against one of those companies going on now as I guess the company made bearish statements during that time. The wording is "materially false, misleading, or omitted material information" etc. Since I got this notice it means a settlement was reached, company ordered to pay some 2.9 milly out to shareholders during this period. So I guess maybe I get 5 dollars or something. The funny part is I'm pretty sure I made money on this trade back then. Company was iAnthus.
