If he is doing such a good job then why is it that heroin is still cheaper and more available there than it is in Europe or maybe even the United States. I was talking to an anon about it and he said the dealers are just a bit more stealthy now and becoming more sophisticated. The prices are still dirt cheap though because they are in SE asia.

But from a sociopathic pragmatic standpoint.. you cannot use force to change this problem. It would require north korea tier totaliarianism but even they have a burgeoning black market. When the famine struck and they refused food aid that meant that many people made black market connections and now YOU CAN GET DRUGS IN NORTH KOREA! So even that level of totalitarianism was not able to stop it. Just face the facts.. animals naturally will try to change their state of mind and especially humans. It's an endemic behavior that cannot be engineered out.

The only way to help is by allowing drug addicts access to a free market and BY LIMITING THE AMOUNT OF NEW DRUG ADDICTIONS!!! You do this by making sure that small time addicts dont need to get others hooked just to support their own habit and by educating teenagers HONESTLY and not lying to them about how weed is just as bad as heroin so when they try weed and see how benign it is then they think pills are the same!!!!!!! And also by encouraging drug users to use substances like buprenorphine WHICH DO NOT CAUSE ANY SORT OF HIGH OR EUPHORIA AND ONLY CURE WITHDRAWALS! Without a tolerance bupreonorphine gives a very small buzz but recreattional users want heroin and oxy and will not get addicted to buprenorphine very likely! But addicts have a safe cure for their addiction and then they are not any kind of detriment to society!
