Stand up for yourself and maybe people won't walk all over you.

If you had 100k you wanted to put somewhere for a "safe", passive investment, (i.e beating inflation even just slightly) where would you put it?

Non-crypto answers only. I cashed some of my stack out near the top and literally don't know where to put it. I already have a lot of crypto left in the market.

Should I just put it in the S&P 500 and call it a day? Money market account? This is literally so that if crypto tanks I don't have a god damn heart attack, so any Pajeets trying to shill an animal shitcoin can save their breath.

If I can live off of 50K or less per year should I just sell 500k now and live off of dividends to get out of wageslavery? That's almost my entire net worth but I could still have a little bit to play around with. The bad part of quitting is that I have a comfy WFH job with a pretty chill boss that lets me travel or live anywhere I want, but the work itself is burning me out and I never want to do this line of work again if I quit so I'd start over from scratch if I had to work again. It covers my expenses so I don't dip into my savings or investments atm.

I don't need a fancy life and I'm pretty frugal and in my current lifestyle I'm only spending about 30k a year. Would you do it if you were me, or hold out for more?

For context my crypto is worth over 500k (mostly BTC & ETH) and I've got about $140k in cash already.

I’ve been playing the corporate game for a while now but would love to get your thoughts on this. Quit a very impressive job after only 7 months because it was killing my soul, and have just been neeting for the last 4 months since. Will probably end up just fucking around for the rest of the year until I start applying for jobs again.

When I do, should I just put that I’ve been working that last job this whole time? Do they actually check the date you left your last job? Would really love to have 1+ year in that role.

Also, resume tips/embellishments/lying general
