Yep he has claimed that under oath, he has also claimed under oath at some point that he didnt know who owned W&K. It simply changes on what the circumstances of the case are today, and yes he is perjuring the fuck out of himself the whole time and were still waiting for the court to punish him for that.
Today the circumstances of the case are that its time to fucking pay up you broke bitch, so now his latest tactic is claiming that Lynn Wright (via a fictional entity called 'Tulip Trust', and i say fictional because that is the courts opinion on it) and Ang, are the True Owners of W&K, and so he is actually attempting to have his wives appoint a new attorney of their choosing for W&K and get the court to dismiss the plaintiffs existing attorney instead, whereupon im sure W&K would suddenly realise that its all been a huge mistake and that Craig doesnt owe anyone 143 million dollars after all and will release him from the debt, case dismissed. Yes you did read that right, you almost have to admire the balls to even try it.
