My offer on a condo was just accepted bros. I am going to be paying the same price the previous owner payed in 2015 except the roof, air conditioner, and hot water heater are all less than 3 years old. I have also contacted my insurance lady and the value they assign to the condo is 100k over what I am paying for it. What should be happening as you get older is a lowering of the intensity of your emotions. I was really close to roping myself several times in my 20s. Now I just chill and have a sip and enjoy the time I have left. I dont try to control the world and every situation I might find myself in.
