haven't bought silver in the uk coz fuck the vat and the premiums. (even 2nd hand has high premiums and might as well have vat with how expensive it is)

will be visiting western europe and maybe central europe this summer

any good places i can get a good price?
any issues bringing it back?
how easy are silver britannias to find? (i'd rather be cgt exempt when i eventually sell)
