How would I go about making a smart contract which releases a secret value to only the ones who send a certain amount of a coin to it?
I know this isn't currently possible on Ethereum, so, is there any other blockchain that solves this problem?
I looked into enigma but it seems like it's not working yet. It got 0 dapps.
