How is this legal? Is there a way to sue to prevent his employment?

He's going to use privileged knowledge he gained employed in service of black taxpayers to defend institutions who were under investigation for, among other things, discriminatory practices, allowing those institutions to continue those and other practices that, while not discriminatory on their face, will result in disparate impact to black Americans.
