CATT
>itt /biz/ refrains from both shilling & fudding in order to conduct a meaningful discussion regarding cryptocurrency from a not-necessarily-financial viewpoint

Let me begin with this question:

>wtf eth?

Seriously, how does a babby's first trading gaem about cats absofuckly raep the Ethereum network's traffic capabilities? Would someone please ELI5 *how* it's put together so shittily?

>which language(s)?
>why???

Let's say we want to pretty much want to make Ethereum 2.0: a non-ASIC-friendly, mineable cryptocurrency with practically non-existent fees & fast transaction times, which is capable of running turing-complete code within its blockchain (or meta-equivalent -- I would prefer hashgraph but for that stupid patent of theirs getting in the way of progress)...

>and it has the kind of oracle solution built-in which chainlink provides externally to ethereum

...what would you keep from the existing codebase? What would you discard? What would you integrate from other projects? What would you avoid?

>in summation

I want to build a new coin based on Ethereum, but based on SandStorm encryption and written in a better language, which is ASIC-resistant yet RAM-hungry, completes real-world transactions as quickly as credit cards do, and solves the Oracle Problem.

Why do people say discord?

We have a slack channel.

It's the only way to communicate on the moon.
