He’s talking about the short term. Yea BTC will jump to new highs but in the short term it’s struggling. And what ppl are worried about is another Altcoin bleed. I was thinking about pulling out of Altcoins once BTC makes a solid up or down trend. If BTC breaks down alts bleed. If BTC breaks up alts bleed. I’m just waiting on the confirmation.
