"El Guapo" doesn't sound very Dutch. Is he old Spanish aristocracy?

I'm new to this board, perhaps more of a /a/, /jp/ and /v/ manchild, than you serious businessmen (half-kidding). So, how does one save money savely without any complex system giving it value, but still have it usable as a handy means of payment. There seems to be an axis of useful to safe. Whereas fiat money is the most useful, but the most dependend on the system. Crypto being less reliant, but less useful too. Finally, gold/silber/sand being independent, but useless too. I have a few euros in Bitcoin and Monero, should I further """invest""" in it? Will I wake up one day AND ITS ALL GONE for /biz/zare reasons? Or is it any good? Which coin should I choose if any?
