Can someone help me understand this? Call/Put options, bond performance v stocks, and junk bond demand have all been sending very bearish signals. Simultaneously stock price strength, market momentum, and stock price breadth are all still in extreme greed territory. Is this a buy signal, because current money in bonds suggests there is a lot of money that could drift back to stocks and push them up further? Or are bond traders signaling something to us that the rest of us don’t know yet?
