Ok guys I’m new and need advice

Started a fidelity account, and transferred 200 bucks just to play with while I learn. Wanted to buy $100 worth of a stock. I’m getting warning about good faith violations and stuff.

Is that because I just transferred the money and it technically needs a day or two to be official? My fidelity account shows the $200 I transferred 30 mins ago from my bank
