as much fun as it is to terrorize /gme/ across this entire site, i think i do need to actually get some things done this week

im a semi-neet in rural canada, renting is hell
i have 50k in student debt and 65k in cash
the student debt never needs to be paid because in canada you can just keep putting it off if you make under 2k per month (cash work)
in canada you only need 5% down to get a mortgage and rent prices on a house are literally greater than the mortgage payments here
is it possible for me to get a mortgage through any means in my situation? no traceable income, high debt (0% interest and no payments being made kek), high savings, and perfect credit score (830)
