>In Dec/Jan every time I left the house, someone was talking about it. Male, female, old, young.

So you live in South Korea?

Otherwise I'm calling bullshit.

Using a macbook doesn't mean that being anti-capitalist is ironic.

Anti-capitalism doesn't mean Anti-Market (eg. Fascist economic theories' corporatism and syndicalism are markets. Market socialism and Mutualism are markets. None of them are capitalist.)

Anti-capitalists aren't against producing goods, they are are against the capitalist economic system's means of production.

Regarding the computer power issues.. I agree...

That's why I support proof of stake coins like...

NEO

PIVX

STEEM

BLK

etc.

I agree, I genuinely think that Bitcoin is a trash coin. But it was the first, and it's got the strongest brand in crypto.

It's a shame because it is slow, expensive, and energy intensive to mine.

Proof of stake crypto is far better for the environment.

My intro to crypto was Bitcoin, I couldn't believe the fees and I almost ripped my hair out when it took 3 fucking hours for my first transaction to complete. Complete garbage.

Then I used litecoin, and it was like night and day.

Yeah, mooning is unlikely. It benefits content creators, who get to earn crypto simply by creating content.

IMO it has a great niche in crypto, and will probably stick around (as long as they get rid of the bugs, like Dtube not playing vids more than a month old).

If you are a content creator or artist, I can't think of why you wouldn't use and invest in STEEM. I can understand why the average speculator and investor wouldn't though.

Also, the STEEM network is incredibly fast. I'm surprised it's speed and efficiency isn't spoken about more.
