i would like land that could eventually have something on it. of course useless land would never appreciate in value.
i have about $25k worth of stocks. i pulled out in 2020-2021 when stocks were peaking and made a sizable profit that got converted to PMs. i've been thinking about buying more dividend heavy stocks but still think the markets are overvalued.

lol i've thought about making it to 1000 ounces, even getting a second job with my left over time just to spend on boomer rocks.
something about a big pile of metals and 600 ounces isnt as big of a pile i thought it was going to be.

not flipping anything.
hell it could happen in my sleep because a few banks in the UK drop out of existence and then i can't flip for another few hours.
but that's why i have a good amount of both.
to give you an example: i have had a preparedness mindset for years. when covid touched off and ammo, toilet paper, and food became scarce i didn't even notice.
i went all of 2020 without needing to resupply my toilet paper.
before that, my wife didn't really get it.
when i took her to see the scared and desperate masses at walmart; to lines out the door at gun stores, then the bare shelves of grocery store did she understand.

when you set yourself up for anything to happen you don't really have to worry. of course i might miss out on incredible gains but if i can maintain middle class while everyone else scraps RAM for gold flakes for onions and their prized rat meat then i made out alright.

i think it's the foil likeness to them.
the others are so perfect it makes them boring. the older coins have that hammered look to them and that gives it character.
