As you say, we're going into a PM bull market, so, to me, there are only two things that matter: Does the company have silver in the ground? And are the management team at least reasonably competent, and not predators who are going to dilute their share-holders into oblivion? So long as the answer to those questions is "Yes," other considerations are comparatively insignificant.
