you can't make this shit up
we're literally pumping week after week and everybody just keeps pretending that the market is dying? people should be euphoric right now. the fed could announce that there will never ever again be rate cuts for all eternity and we would hit a new ATH the very next day.

The market is pricing in a 75 bps increase.
The market knows a 75 bps increase is necessary.
However Jerome Powell said last time that a 75 bps increase is off the table.
This would make Jerome Powell a liar if he increases by 75 bps... and the prime directive of Jerome Powell is that he shall not do an increase without hinting about it 3-4 Fed meetings in advance.
We are about to see what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object.
