The electrical wiring and the water system is already done, it just needs to be checked and hide , there are 3 buildings, each one with 3 floors with a gigantic lower garage, if I rent each floor for €2000 per month I would get a lot of money and the investment would pay off alone, also the piece of land is pretty big, the cheapest buildable piece of land I saw was 57k € while this building + land it's just 50k. I want it so bad but idk what to do
