Pretty good first post. 95% of "people" are brainless zombies going through the motion to get a check. It's a really fucked up system and world we live in, and at 135iq I'm too brainlet to understand how shit actually can function like this.

I've been in the same situation (just in shittier warehouse/service/almost min wage jobs). I usually end up just talking too much shit or making a demand out of sheer boredom or power flexing. Eventually one of them ends poorly, or I have to do a "keeping it real goes wrong".

Best bet, if you're actually as valuable as you think, is to start cutting back and wait for someone to notice. Then use it as a leveraging point. I don't give a fuck if all the browns and women stand around drinking coffee all day...as long as the gringo doing 80% of the department's production numbers is paid accordingly.

That's just never the case in large corps or 3+ layers of (((management))). So I end up quitting, on the "give me X or I walk". Then come back/hear a month later they've hired multiple people to replace me at 2x-4x my demand.

Fuck boomers, and fuck the lazy niggers they hire.
