Goodluck OP. I have a feeling it's going to blow up over the next year or so due to its connection with Coinbase and the ease of operating DeFi on the Coinbase Wallet. It's like 1 or 2 steps away from being outright normie friendly. Personally, I'm not purchasing AERO directly, but I am collecting emissions by staking in the WETH-USDC pool at a rate of ~25 AERO/day. Should be a nice little bag before long.

Until 45 mins ago I had never used an L2 because I had always used my Trezor wallet to connect the the ETH L1 mainnet and bridges mostly seemed like a pain in the ass. However, after seeing this thread, I realized it was EXTREMELY straightforward to use Coinbase to transfer ETH to a Coinbase Wallet on the BASE network with essentially 0 fees. Now, I'm LP'ing + Staking ~$9000 worth of WETH-USDC on Aerodrome for ~57% APY. I'm loving this so far.
