Perfect, this is EXACTLY what i'm looking for. I make sure to put emphasize my 10 years long wage gap, and the fact i never managed to keep a job for longer than 5 months before things go south with the managers/boss. I also list all my real and imaginary diseases/handicaps who will have a big impact on my productivity and ability to show up at work in a consistent manner. So far so good, nobody ever wanted to hire me in a decade.
