The very concept of privately holding land indefinitely to rent out is actually a property of homo state power, hence why the market hasn't corrected it- because the state doesn't really allow the markets to function in their true organic form here.

In their true organic form, the deed-based indefinite private ownership of land would not survive, along with rent for that matter. Usufruct property norms would probably arise instead, i.e. there is no indefinite ownership of land outside of whatever you're currently occupying or directly using.

i need guidance

i'm currently taking care of my grandfather who is in the later stages of alhzeimer's and it's not looking good. He's still somewhat lucid, but can't really help me out. He's leaving behind a decent IRA that's worth around 400k and I need to become more financially literate so I can, at the very least, set up my mother a retirement that will let her live comfortably (she's a teacher and the pension should would get is fucking insulting). What sort of literature or general financial principles should I study now, so when he passes, I can make sure that she's taken care of. I'm a poorfag myself, but my mother is solid lower-middleclass. I don't really care for any of the money, I'd rather her be able to survive.

I do have access to the records of the IRA, I believe it's mostly bonds and mutual funds. It's currently being directed by a financial advisor at his bank. Please help me anons, I'm trying not to be such an autistic fuck up.
