>Abstract:
The Mercury Pool system is a Pseudo-Proof of Work (PPoW), Proof of History (PoH), Proof of Stake (Pos) hybrid open source hard fork of the Solana Blockchain, with a set of novel sequential distribution methodologies & minimal centralization. The ecosystem relies on a three-stage approach, strictly guided by the governing principles outlined within the body of this work.
>Goal of the system:
Creation of a Quaternary Gas/Token/NFT/LNFT Direct Republic Plutocracy (DPR) governance system with a highly liquid token acting as the dollar, a highly stable NFT acting as the government bond, & a Pool-issued LNFT worth 100x the value of a token at a fixed rate. Tokens will be pseudo-backed by the US dollar at roughly a 1:1 ratio.
