I have to put most of my energy, time, creativity and effort into a role that is effectively corporate filler to make ends meet with some investing on the side in the most difficult existential playing field in a long fucking time just so my supervisor's boss can fuck-ass around at a ~200%, nay, 300% pay increase to what I earn, before even contemplating what upper management actually earns or even does on their weekends.

I have better things to do with my time. I want to create net-positive instead creating net-negative because those are the only companies hiring.

This isn't a stab at hierarchal structures. It's how much effort, the weight of the reward and overall output of what my time actually achieves is that matters, regardless of whether you're the CEO or the janitor.
