I want to keep climbing the Corp ladder but I feel my lack of hard STEM training is going to hold me back. Should I go down the MBA business school route, or try and pick up a degree in MIS or something? Or should I just meme teach myself to code via MOOC? I don't see how I can compete in programming against people who've been doing it since they were 12 but I'm tired of looking stupid in meetings with my dev team
