Should I fire him? What the fuck should I do?

I have about half a dozen small deliveries to do this week which I can't do myself plus another 40ft container arriving next week which I need help to unload and unpack. I need someone to help me do labour shit but also flexible to try and find leads.

I feel as though if I fire him it would literally put the nail in the coffin for my business as by the time I find and train someone else I would have lost so much money and time I would be fucked.
