I don't know much about programming, but my understanding is if we plan on storing a record of everything on block chains, eventually we'll get to the point where we need to find faster computers to search and Index, or use machine learning AI to be able to find things for us faster.

Is there anyone else with projects meant to provide search optimization inside of blockchains?
