i'm looking to buy a rural property about 1500km away from where i currently live and live their part time (property is very expensive where i live so i want to buy in a cheaper area while working in my higher priced area so i can retire early to my farm)
i have about 60k saved up and the properties i'm looking at range from 40-200k
i'm not against a mortgage but i've never had one before
i have good credit (over 800) but am unemployed
will i have to go through a high risk lender even with a high down payment? should i just go with something i can pay for in cash instead?
i don't really know anything about this kind of thing

the goal is to deprive you of any autonomy

your mere existence is an inefficiency and the system in place is designed to increase efficiency. having control over your senses and depriving you of any autonomy, essentially makes you a meaty robot. the human experience is inefficient and thus not in line with the pursuit of profit.

not that communism is any better, they still advocate work for the sake of work. not even joyful, passionate, nor productive work. just work for the sake of it.

both systems must be rejected entirely if you want to escape this dystopia. this will require people to call into question the very foundations that society is built upon. particularly - why do we work? work became a thing to facilitate our survival, but we are long since past conquering the basics of the natural world. so why do we still work? people do not work on their passions. they work for the sake of it. such to the point the system will dictate we augment ourselves just for the sake of it.

the REAL goal of the system in place (and the terrible alternative that's offered by the other political spectrum) is to deprive you of the sanctity of your mind, body, and soul. thus the real solution is a society built not on work, but built on ideals and principles.
