It probably tells you nothing you didn't already suspect, but seeing this laid out in a completely unrelated place, in a completely unrelated conversation, between two accounts with all manner of other posts, just because I happen to scroll that sub occasionally, blew my fucking face off. You might be seeing it on biz which makes you suspicious, but I scrolled through this on plebbit, as it was, during a conversation about Succession's dialogue. Can you imagine? I looked at his profile and it's genuine. He posts all sorts of stuff and has done for a while.

Assblaster was obviously an insider, but biz was also astroturfed by Sergey however much he needed to blow out the competition at the time. Not by Bulgarians, but Macedonians, though we could be excused that margin of error. Reading this was sort of like how I imagine confronting the secret family truth that was known but never properly discussed, always the elephant in the room that no one could admit to noticing or it would come alive. Biz was ripe at the time to be programmed into Sergey's vision so extremely that we're all still here today.

It's likely that less of these times past than you think, times which you reminisce warmly about and which comfort you after seven long years, were ever organic in the first place.
