0x1d00ffff made the stats page, I wouldn't exactly call him a dev of 0xBTC. Not that it matters since 0xBTC is not a "work in progress" like 95% of ICO scams. Smart contract is done, deployed already. Can't be changed. Devs mean nothing.

Oh, and user brbselling? He's a migrant from 4chan who has mental problems and regularly discusses killing himself. Hasn't been on the board for a few days, probably actually did it.

But I'm glad that the FUD on this coin revolves around 2 week old screenshots of singular members of the discord (which in context actually vindicate the community) and calling it a "pajeet scam".

Correct. Also "developer" means nothing because the contract is deployed already and the contract is finished and immutable. The developer could be an ISIS terrorist, a dog with thumbs, an 8 year old kid, or Satoshi himself. It has literally no bearing on the merits of the tech.

I wouldn't exactly call it the "next bitcoin", since 0xBTC is confined to the Ethereum ecosystem (with benefits and drawbacks, obviously). It won't be replacing BTC proper, but does have a good shot at replacing ETH as the Ethereum network's store of value and currency. Especially once Ether goes Proof of Stake and currency is given out unfairly to those who already have a lot of money.

I think you're misunderstanding the point of 0xBTC. It not not explicitly "solve a problem" in the sense that Augur tries to solve the oracle problem or golem tries to solve the distributed rendering problem. It's simply a more appropriate currency and store of value within the Ethereum ecosystem than ETH.
