I just became a salaried employee, and while I do have to clock in, o do not have to clock out.
If I clock in at 7, when is a good time to leave? Does lunch count if I just eat at my desk? Is 3 to early? I've been leaving at 4 or so and my boss never gave me a definite time aka she doesn't care that much.

Most people at my job leave around 4 if thier clinic is done and there are no more people to see.
I'm in a position that doesn't see any customers at all, and I'm not on call. Nor do people need me during the usual course of the day.

I'm new so I don't want to step on toes but my boss said I'm a professional adult and I know what I need to do and how long to work... Which is vague to me.
