As i repeat in every thread about this:

The uk housing market is fucked because we are a small island with limited land, infastructure and have a population that is exploding due to immigration and third world style reproduction in ghettos of pakis. Supply is limited and demand is growing. Everything is smaller here because there is less space to build, less infastructure to get building supplies around cheaply and less building materials, less contractors, the list goes on.

Zoning / planning permission laws also make it almost impossible to homestead legally and diminish buildable land even more for the average person, creating a monopoly in housing for huge corps.

Then the widespread part-buy schemes also stop house prices from stagnating because it lets poor brainlets buy up property when there is a glut in supply on the market.

Boomer and paki slum lords buy up shitboxes to rent out at a premium which also prices out first time buyers from the market and puts a hard cap of around 150-200k for any kind of livable house to own for a new buyer. Which means saving 20-30k for a bank to grant you a mortgage with interest that doesn't fuck you in the ass.

The governemnt's current response is to keep allowing millions of immigrants in here, give even more power to the huge mega housing corps by allowing them to build where ever they want and allowing equity for home owners to be grinded out through part by schemes and 'help to buy' which is just robbing peter to pay paul as the same people buying houses with help to buy are :

a. feeding back in to these megacorps who take a cut of the houses on help to buy which are further inflating house prices and grinding out equity for the buyer

b. being paid for with the same taxes that buyer is paying every month out of their pay cheque

again, i think your system is incredibly based and red pilled. But actually getting this stuff implelmented would be impossible. Not just because of jews. But because even supreme leaders and dictators have trouble getting their will enacted because the direction of a society is like lots of different sized arrows pointing in different directions (with the leader's arrow being the biggest) and the resulting direction is the average of all of those. You cannot control societies direction through force or otherwise. It is in incomprehensively complex system that cannot be changed by one person. These changes are so drastic and uproot so many widely adapted things that you would get resistance in every single sector you attempt to change and you would perhaps get 5% of the changes you wanted done.
