the xrp team holds over 50% of the supply and they routinely dump $5m batches onto the market whenever they feel like it. its pretty hard to pump the price of something when the supply isnt cornered. its bagholder central too. lots of dumb money still in this thinking that big banks are going to swoop in and pay a premium for their shitcoins lol. as far as im concerned this last little "pump" is another bear flag and another lower high before taking a fat shit again.
