Commoditize an offer and sell it as a subscription service.

Works really well for industries where people are notoriously known for charging a lot for bullshit work. DesignPickle did it for design and I ripped off their model.

I increase my prices every two quarters.

Started off at like $500 a client, sniped up 6 my first month which in hindsight was way too cheap for the work I was doing but I let me build a huge portfolio in a month.

year later I'm at $2,500/month per client at my lowest tier, and because of AI I'm basically able to clone my SOPs and multiply my throughput like crazy. Currently at 23 clients and I'm finally starting to feel a bit overworked so I'm gonna raise my prices again to ease up my workload but keep the same monthly income.

It's a lot of work but I'm making more money than 99% of 'designers'
